Preliminary scores for the 2014 vintage of Pegau’s popular Châteauneuf du Pape – (91-93) pts. This is a beautiful 2014 Châteauneuf du Pape Cuvée Reservée. Forward, sexy, medium to full-bodied and layered, it has classic Pégau notes of pepper, saddle leather, lavender and blackcurrants. It should be a low- to mid-nineties scoring Châteauneuf du Pape and drink well on release.
