Description

More than two decades after the release of its first vintage, La Noble continues to represent the very best from the sun-drenched vineyards of Southern France.

Tasting Notes: This vivacious bottling offers aromas and flavors of crisp apple, ripe pear and fragrant white peaches, with a hint of acacia. It is fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel to showcase its unsullied freshness and fruit.

Serve With: Enjoy as an aperitif, or with a very wide range of foods such as salads, sushi, shrimp, pork, pad thai, tempura, mild curries and gumbos.

Accolades

90 pts, “…terrific as well as a smoking value! Stone fruits, buttered citrus, white flowers and a hint of salty minerality all give way to a medium-bodied, clean, deliciously balanced, pure Chardonnay that over-delivers.” JebDunnuck.com, 6/15/18 (2017).
