Founded in 1959, Chateau Landereau is currently run by 3rd generation owner Bruno Baylet. Nearly 200 acres are farmed in the gravelly hillsides of Sadirac, 12 miles southeast of Bordeaux, in the Entre-Deux-Mers region. The wines are impressive, and offer the hallmark character of traditional Bordeaux in a sleek and modern profile.
Tasting Notes: Intense, ripe, and aromatic, with pomelo, fresh cut herbs/grass, and exotic tropical fruit on the nose. Round, yet very crisp and refreshing on the palate, with mouthwatering acidity and a long, persistent finish.
