Description
Las Capas is grown in the small town of Aniñón, where high-altitude vineyards are nestled next to parcels of cherry, almond and olive trees. Blended by Dan Kravitz, this crowd-pleasing, light-bodied red is big on flavor and is an exceptionally versatile food wine.
Tasting Notes: This dry red wine is a fragrant, harmonious glass, redolent of ripe red fruits (plums, cherries), with hints of earth, minerals, and Asian spices. Light to medium in body, it offers soft, seamless flavors that will enhance your comfort foods and brighten your evening.
Serve With: Excellent with grilled chicken, pasta/rice dishes (especially with tomato-based sauces) and meaty, flavorful fish dishes.
