It is an estate steeped in tradition, with dinosaur footprints and Gallo-Roman archeological remains serving as a testament to a long history of the land and its people.

Tasting Notes: This unusual blend offers aromas of peaches and apricots, with a light mineral character and perfect balance of ripeness and acidity.

Serve With: Will complement a wide range of foods, including blue cheeses, fish/shellfish in rich sauces, and more.
