Viñestral Reserva 2009

Red

Spain

Ebro River Valley

Description

Viñestral is crafted by Bodegas Marqués de Reinosa, a quality-conscious cooperative founded in the town of Autol (Rioja Baja) in 1956. The wines are great values, offering plenty of classic Rioja character in a ripe and satisfying style that is sure to please.

Tasting Notes: A well-balanced and well-structured wine, with complex spice notes and ripe red and dark fruit aromas following through to the palate. Very long on the finish.

Serve With: This versatile red will work with tapas and lighter fare but also stand up to richly flavored roasts and stews.
